Selma Pina

With a compassionate heart and a deep connection to the practice of yoga, Selma creates a space where movement and mindfulness come together. Rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, her approach blends empathy, presence, and a charismatic teaching style that invites students to explore their inner selves. She believes yoga is more than just a practice; it’s a path to joy, self-awareness, and personal growth. Selma leads our daily Serenity Flow and Serenity Express classes, as well as morning and evening yoga sessions as part of our main program.

Mani Manjari

With a lifelong passion for music and a deep devotion to the transformative power of sound, Mani brings the healing vibrations of mantra and kirtan to Serenity Retreat NYC. Rooted in Bhakti yoga and guided by her spiritual teacher, Vaisesika Dasa, she creates immersive sound bath experiences that uplift the soul and quiet the mind. Whether through sacred chants or soothing melodies, Mani’s sessions invite you to explore the profound connection between sound and inner peace. She leads weekly sound baths and guided meditation, offering a sanctuary for deep relaxation and spiritual renewal.

He-myong Woo

For He-myong, yoga is his way of life. Rooted in discipline, awareness, and joy, his teaching is an invitation to move with intention and connect with your highest self. Guided by the wisdom of Sri Dharma Mittra, He-myong creates a space where students of all levels can deepen their practice, explore self-discovery, and cultivate balance both on and off the mat.  He-myong leads our Evening Revive class, our daily evening yoga class designed to help students unwind and restore balance after the day’s demands.

Rich Mancuso

With over 25 years of experience, Rich Mancuso has developed a unique approach to healing through BSR (Breathe Stretch Release), combining yoga, energy healing, and breathwork. Certified in a variety of practices, including Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Reiki, and Qigong, Rich integrates these diverse modalities to help individuals clear mental, physical, and emotional blockages. His BSR methodology empowers students to move with ease and feel revitalized in both body and mind. Rich leads regular BSR sessions and monthly workshops, guiding participants toward greater balance, energy, and self-awareness.
