Evening Revival is an energetic and active practice open to all students meant to strengthen your body physically and revive your awareness internally. This class invites you to unwind from the day and restore a sense of groundedness through a series of yoga poses that can be tailored for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. The practice, developed by Sri Dharma Mittra, is followed by a 10 minute guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and a short breathing exercise (Pranayama).

He-myong Woo has found through yoga a daily practice that keeps him grounded, focused, aware and committed: a commitment to life that allows him to live in the depths of his joy, to move with creative purpose and in alignment with his highest self. Teaching yoga is a privilege and a practice to hold space for others with care and attention as they deepen into their knowledge of self. He is excited to share what he knows with new and continuing students and learn from them as they continue on their journey of self-development.
He is grateful for his teacher, Sri Dharma Mittra, who helped solidify his practice and opened him to the ancient teachings of yoga during the 200 hour and 500 hour yoga teacher training at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City.
