Born with an independent mind and a strong connection to love, Selma is a charismatic, empathic, and kind soul dedicated to the practice of yoga. With a 200-hour certification in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Selma has discovered yoga as a profound pathway to connect with her inner self, embracing the presence and consciousness that mindful practice offers.
